WoW Redemption Website
Issues which arise after you have acquired a new 24
digit code from the Battle.net World of Warcraft Redemption Page need to be
resolved either through an in-game ticket or Blizzard technical
support. However, for your convenience, we have listed solutions
below to many of the common problems that people encounter.
-
Did you redeem the code at the
Battle.net World of Warcraft Redemption Page
before giving it to Landro?
-
Try to copy (ctrl + c) and paste (ctrl + v) the
code rather than manually entering it into the Landro box. A 25
digit string can sometimes make you go cross eyed.
-
Disable all AddOns. Some AddOns will prevent all
digits from entering (e.g., only allowing 12 digits vs. 24
digits). Don’t forget to turn them back on once you have your
item.
-
Double check your bags and then check them again.
Many items share the same icon.
-
Ensure you have a spot available in your
inventory; otherwise the item will be sent to your in-game mail.
If the item does not arrive within the next few hours, you will
need to open an in-game ticket and/or contact Blizzard support.
-
Are the servers currently down for routine
maintenance (Tuesdays 7:00 am PST to 1:00 pm PST) or an
unscheduled incident? The redemption page is tied to the same
infrastructure as the realms. If this is the case, you will
receive an error page. Try again once everything is back up and
running.
If you encounter an issue resulting from a code
